Privacy Policy Privacy Notice
The purpose of this website Privacy Notice ("Notice") is to describe the personal and other information Abrea obtains about individual customers and providers visiting Abrea's sites, how it is obtained and used, and how you can restrict its use or disclosure. This Notice applies to information collected about individual customers visiting Abrea sites. Your use of the sites constitutes your consent to this Notice. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Notice, do not use Abrea's sites. Please note that Abrea's Notice changes from time to time; we encourage you to review it regularly.
Other Terms
Your use of the Sites is also subject to and contingent upon your agreement with the Abrea User Agreement terms and conditions, which may change from time to time ("User Agreement"), and are hereby incorporated by reference.
Information We Gather
The only personal information Abrea obtain about individual visitors to Abrea's sites is information supplied voluntarily by you. This means that you can visit the public areas of Abrea's sites without telling Abrea who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. To gauge the effectiveness of Abrea’s sites, Abrea collects certain information about you as you move through Abrea’s sites. Abrea's servers automatically the web page from which you enter Abrea's sites, which pages you visit, and how much time you spend on each page. Abrea aggregates this information and uses it to evaluate and improve Aberea’s sites.

Abrea's sites may use "cookies" to improve Abrea's level of service to you. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to your web browser when you click on a site. Abrea does not sell personal information obtained through Abrea's sites to third parties for marketing purposes. However, in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, or transfer of part of the business, trade or assets of ABrea and/or any of its individual affiliates, Abrea may share information about you to prospective buyers and all personal information collected about you via Abrea's sites may be sold, assigned, or transferred to the party acquiring all or substantially all of the equity or assets or business of Abrea. You consent to the sale and transfer of your information as described in this paragraph.

Accordingly, Abrea is not responsible for, and does not assume any liability for any harm, loss or damage you may incur by sending your personal information to Abrea via the Internet, either by posting on Abrea's sites, sending by e-mail or any other method of Internet transmission.

Abrea is committed to safeguarding privacy. Abrea requires its employees to protect the privacy of information about Abrea’s customers and requires its partners and suppliers to enter into written confidentiality agreements to protect your information. Abrea employs appropriate security measures to safeguard your transactions, and contractually requires its partners and suppliers to do the same. These measures include maintaining appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. In the event of a security breach impacting your personal information, Abrea will attempt to notify you at your most recent email address on record. By providing your email address, you consent to Abrea communicating with you electronically using your email address.
Social Security Numbers
Abrea may collect and use Social Security Numbers (SSNs) in its course of business as necessary to process transactions. Abrea is committed to safeguarding and protecting the confidentiality of SSNs, prohibits unlawful disclosure of SSNs, and limits access to SSNs to essential personnel or third party service providers that have signed written confidentiality agreements and who require access to such information to complete transactions.
Links And Third Party Web Sites
Abrea's websites may include links to other websites ("Other Sites"), including access to content, products and services offered on Other Sites. In some cases, these Other Sites may have the same (or a similar) look and feel as Abrea's sites, and may appear to be part of Abrea's Sites. Whenever you choose to access Other Sites or non-Abrea content, a separate browser window will launch and you will leave Abrea's Sites. We urge you to familiarize yourself with the individual privacy and other terms for each linked site prior to submitting your personal information. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices employed by Other Sites.
How Will We Notify You If This Notice Changes?
Abrea will post any material changes to this Notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect. If Abrea makes material changes to this Notice that affect Abrea's treatment of your personal information, Abrea will provide you with e-mail notice of such changes. You may choose to request that Abrea delete your information, or your continued use of the Sites after receipt of Abrea's Revised Notice ("Revised Notice") constitutes your acceptance of the Revised Notice.
